The Tokyo Metropolitan Tourism Chrysanthemum Exhibition has been held since 1914 and is known as Japan’s foremost chrysanthemum exhibition for both quality and quantity of flowers.
This exhibition will feature approximately 2,000 displays in one building, including ogiku chrysanthemum grown in trays, cut ogiku chrysanthemum, bonsai, Edogiku chrysanthemum, kengai-style bonsai, daruma- and fukusuke-style flowers, flowers for practical use, and more. Visitors can also see chrysanthemum decorations such as osugi-style flowers and cushion mum plants.
Additionally, seedlings will be sold and seminars conducted on cultivation methods in order to promote chrysanthemums and improve cultivation techniques.
