Expect a ton of snow shipped in from Gunma and unique and large snowmen arranged along the sidewalk in Kanda.
What happens?
This winter wonderland will happen even without snow falling. Aimed at families with children, this event will have sledding, playing in the snow, igloos, a band, foot onsen, and a lottery. See the website for exact times and schedules. Note that most events are reserved for children, but you can still see the snow activities for free.
How to get there
The snowmen will be along Yasukuni Dori (Street) and most events will take place in Ogawa Hiroba Square. The square is around an 8-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station or 5 minutes from Ogawamachi Station.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
